A woman of faith who believes in the goodness of others "A friendly woman with a delightful sense of humor, a ready smile, and a genuine concern for others."  That's Sister Denise Conway, CND, recent recipient of the Father Thomas Dwyer Humanitarian Award for service to Children's Community School, an alternative school for grades K through 5 in Waterbury, Connecticut.  For 14 years Sister Denise has been a bridge between students in the Honor Society of Holy Cross High School, where she works, and the children of CCS.  The Holy Cross students tutor their young friends and serve as role models--they also provide and deliver Thanksgiving goodies for their families.  We salute Sister Denise - "a woman of faith who believes in the goodness of others" and the generous students of Holy Cross.
